How does price fixing work?
Precious metal prices change during the day. After you place the order, we reserve the price for 20 minutes — pay by instant payment via QR code, and once the payment arrives, the price is fixed. Larger orders can be paid with a deposit; once it arrives, you fix the price yourself online. The article How price fixing works explains it in detail.
How can I pay?
- By bank transfer or instant payment via QR code — you will see the payment details right after placing the order. Our accounts are held with Fio banka, a.s.
- In cash when collecting in person at our store in Liberec up to CZK 250,000; higher amounts are paid by transfer (right at the store).

How do you deliver?
- Czech Post – the parcel is insured up to the order value.

How is the parcel protected?
We pack parcels discreetly, without advertising or identifying marks – the packaging does not reveal its contents. The dispatch room is under continuous camera surveillance and we record the whole process from picking to packing. If there is any doubt about the delivery or contents of a parcel, we can document the dispatch with the recording.
Will you buy the product back?
Yes. We buy it back at the current buyback price shown with the product. After a physical check we pay by bank transfer — up to CZK 270,000 immediately, higher amounts within a few working days.
