Payment terms

We offer several payment options for Your order.

Cash Payment

This payment method is available if You choose to purchase in store or select personal pickup for Your online order. For personal pickup, we recommend arranging an appointment by phone in advance. This allows us to give You our full personal attention.

Cash Payment Conditions

The maximum cash payment amount is 270 000 CZK. Orders exceeding this value must be settled by bank transfer or by depositing cash directly into our bank account.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is not available. All orders are processed upon prior payment – either by bank transfer or by cash payment at our store.

Bank Transfer

This payment method is available if You prefer to pay for Your order in advance without the need to handle payment upon collection. It can be used in combination with personal pickup at our store or with delivery via Czech Post.

Bank Transfer at the Store

This payment method is available if You wish to pay before collecting Your order. It must be selected together with personal pickup at our store. Payment is made from Your own device (mobile phone, laptop) directly at the point of collection.
