Payment methods
Our e-shop offers several ways to pay for your order.
Cash payment
You can choose this payment method if you decide to shop at our store or select personal pickup for your e-shop order.
For personal pickup, we recommend arranging the appointment in advance by phone – we will have more time to dedicate to you personally.
Bank transfer in advance
Pay for goods in advance and don't worry about payment upon delivery. Can be combined with personal pickup or Czech Post delivery.
We accept payments in CZK, EUR and USD to accounts at FIO Bank Liberec (account numbers below).
Bank transfer at store
Pay for goods before pickup directly at our store. This option is combined with personal pickup.
You make the payment from your own device (mobile, laptop) right at the pickup location.
Maximum cash payment is CZK 270,000.
Goods with a higher sale price must be paid by bank transfer or cash deposit to our bank account. The limit is based on the Czech Act on Restriction of Cash Payments (No. 254/2004 Coll.).
Cash on delivery is not available.
All orders are processed only after prepayment – by bank transfer or cash at our store.

Always include the variable symbol (your order number) with the payment. Payments without a variable symbol must be matched to the order manually, which may delay dispatch.

Answers to the most common payment questions.
Why is cash on delivery not available?
For investment metals with higher values, cash on delivery is not a standard method. Prepayment allows us to ensure safe and insured dispatch of goods without the risk of unaccepted parcels.
Can I pay more than CZK 270,000 in cash?
No. This limit is based on the Czech Act on Restriction of Cash Payments. For higher amounts, bank transfer or cash deposit to our bank account is required.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes. For international payments, use the provided IBAN. We accept payments in CZK, EUR and USD. The SWIFT code of FIO Bank is FIOBCZPPXXX.
What to use as the variable symbol?
Use your order number as the variable symbol. This number will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail after completing your order.
How long does payment processing take?
CZK payments within the Czech Republic are credited to our account usually within 1 business day. International EUR and USD payments take 1–3 business days. Once payment is received, we dispatch the goods immediately.
Can I pay by card at the store?
Yes. At our store, you can pay in cash (up to the limit of CZK 270,000) or by bank transfer from your own device on the spot.
What if I send payment without a variable symbol?
We will assign the payment to the order manually, which may delay dispatch. For quick processing, ALWAYS include the variable symbol – your order number.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. After completing your order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. If you need a company invoice, please provide your company ID and VAT number when ordering.
