Guaranteed Buyback
We buy back investment gold and silver bars, ingots and coins listed in our range without any percentage deduction, provided the product meets all requirements:
- the product is not damaged or oxidised,
- the bar includes an undamaged original certificate of authenticity,
- the product is from a certified producer listed above.
How the Buyback Works – Step by Step
1. Contact and Enquiry
Contact us by phone at +420 704 051 051
or by e-mail at info@nubiro.cz.
Please specify the product type, quantity and condition.
2. Buyback Price Quote
Based on the current market rate for gold or silver and the condition of
the product, we will provide you with the current buyback price.
The price reflects the spot price of the metal at the time of agreement.
3. Delivery or Personal Handover
You may bring the product in person to our store in Liberec (we recommend
arranging an appointment in advance), or send it as an insured parcel to our
address. Shipping costs are covered by the seller.
4. Physical Inspection
Upon receipt, we carry out a physical inspection of the product – verifying
its authenticity, condition and weight. If any discrepancies are found,
we will contact you promptly.
5. Payment
Once both parties have agreed on the buyback price, we process payment
in accordance with the agreed method and timeframes (see below).
Payment for Bought-Back Goods
- Up to 270,000 CZK – paid in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed,
- 270,001 CZK – 5,000,000 CZK – transferred by bank transfer within 2 to 7 working days,
- Above 5,000,000 CZK – transferred to your account within 7 to 10 working days.
In justified cases, NUBIRO s.r.o. reserves the right to request proof of acquisition for the goods being sold.
Buyback of Damaged Products
We understand that products can get damaged despite the best care. We buy back damaged bars and coins under the following conditions:

| Damaged bar or coin (scratches, marks, traces of improper cleaning, damaged edges or milling – condition cannot be classified as "standard") | deduction of 5% of buyback price |
| Bars from producers not listed above | deduction of 5% of buyback price |
What We Do Not Buy Back
NUBIRO does not buy back the following products:
- gold jewellery, dental gold, scrap gold,
- fragments of gold coins,
- gold coins with a fineness below 900/1000,
- raw gold in any form,
- gold granules and other semi-finished products made of precious metals,
- dental gold.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need to have originally purchased the product from NUBIRO?
No. We also buy back products purchased from other sellers, provided they meet our buyback conditions. For products purchased elsewhere, the buyback price may be determined on an individual basis.
How is the buyback price determined?
The buyback price is based on the current spot price of gold or silver on international markets at the time the agreement is concluded. Prices may fluctuate throughout the day in line with market movements.
Can I send the product by post?
Yes. We recommend insuring the parcel for the full value of the product. Shipping costs are covered by the seller. Please contact us before sending to confirm the terms.
What happens if my product does not meet the buyback conditions?
If the product does not meet our buyback conditions, we will notify you promptly and discuss the next steps – either returning the product or reaching an individual agreement.
Do I need proof of purchase?
For standard transactions, proof of purchase is not required. In justified cases (in particular in accordance with AML legislation), NUBIRO reserves the right to request it.
Is the buyback anonymous?
For transactions subject to AML legislation, we are required to carry out buyer identification. For details, please refer to the Buyer Identification (AML) section of our General Terms and Conditions.
