We offer several delivery options. Throughout the processing of your order, you will be kept informed about its status, either by e-mail or through your customer account. Items in stock are dispatched immediately after payment is received.
Delivery methods
Personal pickup
You can collect your order in person at our office in Liberec at Široká 279/7, 460 07 Liberec 3 - Jeřáb.
We recommend arranging your visit in advance by phone at +420 704 051 051 – this way we can give you our full attention.
Delivery by Czech Post
We deliver the parcel as an insured shipment to the address specified in your order. Insurance covers the full value of the contents.
Orders dispatched before 3:00 p.m. are handed over to the carrier on the same day. If undeliverable, the parcel is held at the local Czech Post branch for 10 days.

Parcel tracking
To check the current location of your parcel, please use the online tracking service of Czech Post:
You can also inquire about your shipment by calling +420 704 051 051. The carrier is responsible for delivering the parcel undamaged – please inspect the packaging carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been tampered with.
Discreet and secure packaging
No identifying markings
Parcels are packaged with complete discretion, without any promotional or identifying markings. It is not possible to identify the contents or the type of goods from the packaging.
CCTV-monitored dispatch
Our shipping room is under continuous CCTV surveillance. The entire process – from withdrawal of goods through handover for dispatch to final packaging – is recorded and stored for a defined period of time.
In the event of any dispute regarding the delivery or contents of a parcel, we can document the entire dispatch process using the CCTV recording.

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping within the Czech Republic is completely free for orders up to CZK 1,000,000. For shipments above this value, we arrange delivery individually.
How is the parcel insured?
All shipments are sent as insured parcels covering the full value of the contents. In case of loss or damage, the carrier is responsible for the shipment.
When will my order be dispatched?
Items in stock are dispatched immediately after payment is received. Orders processed before 3:00 p.m. are handed over to the carrier on the same day.
How will I know my parcel is on its way?
We will inform you by e-mail about all important shipment status updates. You can also track the current location of your parcel online on the Czech Post website using the tracking number.
What if I am not home upon delivery?
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the local Czech Post branch for 10 days. After this period, it will be returned as undeliverable.
Will the contents be visible on the parcel?
No. All parcels are packaged completely discreetly, without any promotional or identifying markings. The contents of the parcel cannot be identified from the packaging.
When does dispatch begin?
All shipments are sent only after full prepayment of the purchase price. Once payment is received, goods are dispatched without unnecessary delay.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Personal pickup at our office in Liberec is free of charge. We recommend arranging your visit in advance by phone so that we can give you our full attention.
