We offer several delivery options. Throughout the processing of Your order, You will be kept informed of its status via email notifications or through Your account administration. Orders that are in stock are dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment.
Personal Pickup
You can collect Your order in person at our store in Liberec at the address České mládeže 1096, 460 06 Liberec 6, Czech Republic.
Delivery via Czech Post
- Czech Post service is available to customers for delivery within the Czech Republic.
- Orders dispatched before 3 PM are handed over to the carrier on the same day.
- Your parcel will be delivered to Your specified delivery address.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at a Czech Post branch for 10 days. After this period, it will be returned as undeliverable.
- All orders are shipped exclusively upon prior payment of the full purchase price.

You can also enquire about Your shipment by calling 704 051 051. The carrier is responsible for delivering the parcel undamaged. Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the order value (see table below).

All parcels are packed with complete discretion, without any advertising or identifying markings.
It is impossible to determine from the packaging what the parcel contains or what type of goods is inside.
The dispatch room where parcels are packed is under constant camera surveillance. The entire process – from retrieving Your goods from storage, through handover to dispatch, to final packaging – is recorded and stored for a precisely defined period on our server. Should any doubts arise regarding the delivery or contents of a parcel, we are able to provide documentation of the dispatch process via our camera system recordings.
