The German company Heraeus is a 26.5% shareholder of the Swiss company Argor-Heraeus. The two companies not only share a common name, but also partially cooperate in the production of bars. You can find bars from both the German company Heraeus and the Swiss mint Argor Heraeus, and on some bars you will even find a warning that these two brands can be confused. Both brands (both the German and the Swiss brand of Heraeus bars), however, fall under the London Good Delivery Standard (LBMA).
