Payment Options

• Bank Transfer – You will pay the required amount either by deposit to the account or by bank transfer no later than 3 working days after placing the order. You will be informed of the payment receipt by email. Our bank accounts are held with FIO banka a.s.
• Cash on Delivery – You will pay in cash when receiving the goods at our store. The maximum value of goods for one order is 270,000 CZK.

All shipments are insured by the Czech Post up to the full value of your order. There is no need to worry about loss of the shipment.

All shipments with ordered goods are packed completely discreetly and without any advertising or identification marks. Under no circumstances can the contents or the type of shipment be identified from the packaging.

The dispatch room where we pack the shipments is under continuous surveillance by a camera system. The entire process, from the picking of your goods, to dispatch, and up to the packing, is recorded and stored for a specific predetermined period on our server. In case of any doubts regarding the delivery and contents of the shipment, we are able to verify the process of its dispatch with a record from our camera system.
